My lips after standing outside in the pouring rain for 3 hours  as I threw pebbles at her window to get her to come out. Her birthstone and my favorite color. The jacket I wore on our first date, and our last. The nail polish she always wore. The ocean on our last day together. Her car, as she drove away with my jacket and all our memories. The walls in my room and the color I’ve come to associate with her. The sky on the morning I got the phone call from her brother of an attempted suicide…and the color that no longer reminds me of happiness.

What a color scheme. I would have a damn hard time deciding how to paint each section of trim on a Victorian.

OH MY GOD THIS IS BEAUTIFUL

Something quite magical about road-trips. It’s like the earth moves with you and for you; and all the time in the world sits in the palm of your hand.

I’m that late night phone call you never went through with. I’m that constant thought in the back of your head. I’m that regretful tattoo you got when we were young and in love. I was your hardest goodbye and the most unexpected hello. I am that old photograph you find and don’t know what to do with. I’m those sheets that still carry that aroma of the night we went camping together. I’m that little smile that appears on you face every now and then. I am those memories you want to forget but you also arnt ready to let go of yet. I am and always will be apart of you in some way.
